SecureThread began as the platform ArcByte Studios built for its own email: offers and onboarding, client updates, invoices and announcements, sent from the mailboxes its people already use, with the checks and approvals a growing team needs. It is now available to other organizations.

Why
Email is where trust is won or lost
Most organizations send their most important messages from personal inboxes, with no review, no shared templates and no record. Tools that add control usually do it by taking the mail away from the people who write it, onto a no-reply address.
SecureThread keeps mail in the mailboxes people trust, and adds what is missing around them: a design system, a person’s approval when it matters, policies that apply on every path, and an honest record. As AI assistants start writing email, the same rules apply to them, with an owner and a human decision on every send.

Written into the engineering contract every change to SecureThread has to follow.
Accepted is not delivered
A provider accepting a message means it took responsibility, nothing more. SecureThread reports exactly what the provider confirmed, and never more.
Never fake a provider
No simulated success, no invented history or statistics. A provider that is not set up is shown as not configured, with exactly what is missing.
Untrusted stays untrusted
Every piece of email HTML is sanitized on the server, previews run without scripts, and credentials exist in plain text only in memory.
Nothing invented
Templates and examples use clearly illustrative content, and this website shows no made-up customers, numbers or uptime figures.
