Support
How can we help?
Customers ask for help from inside the app, where every request is filed under your workspace and answered by the team. Everyone else can reach us by email.
Help and support, in the app
Open Help and support from the account menu and choose New request. Your requests show their reference, status and every reply.
Open Help and supportThe guides
Step-by-step guides for setup, domains, AI assistants, approvals, billing and troubleshooting, with every error code explained.
Read the docsCheck the status first
If something affects many people, the status page shows whether sending, sign-in or sign-ups are paused, under maintenance or affected by an incident.

What a request asks for
Choose a topic, write a subject of 3 to 160 characters and details of up to 10,000. The app adds the page you were on (without its query string), your browser and your time zone. It never adds the content of your email.
Include in your request
- The page you were on and what you were trying to do.
- When it happened, with your time zone if it is not obvious.
- The exact message or code you saw.
- The reference of an earlier request, if you have one.
- For API calls, the requestId from the error response.
Never include
Passwords, personal access tokens, provider secrets or mailbox credentials, and the content of your email unless support asks for it.
Report a security issue
Use Help and support, choose “Something is broken” and say in the subject that it is a security report. Without an account, email [email protected]. Never include credentials in a report.
Your personal data
Ask for a copy, a correction or erasure through the privacy request form. Nothing happens until you confirm the request from the email it sends.
