Grow without changing plan
Add-ons raise one limit, in quantities from 1 to 1,000, on a paid plan in good standing. The app confirms the item and quantity before buying, and you can stop one at any time.

The sandbox, trials and offers
The sandbox
A new workspace starts in a sandbox: 50 messages and 100 recipients a day, to your own people and verified domains, and no campaigns. Your first paid plan lifts it for good.
Free trials
Plans that include a trial show its length. A trial needs no payment method and ends on its stated date.
Offer codes
An offer can apply a trial or a discount. The app tells you straight away if a code does not apply to your workspace.

Where do these prices come from?
From SecureThread itself. This page reads the plans on sale from the app each time it loads, so the price, currency and billing period here are exactly what the Billing page shows before you pay.
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay. An administrator picks a plan under Administration › Billing and continues to Razorpay’s checkout. SecureThread never sees your card or bank details.
What happens when we reach a limit?
The app says which limit was reached and what to do. A daily sending limit resets on a rolling 24 hours; seats, domains and agents free up when you remove one. You can also change plan or add an add-on.
Can we change or cancel our plan?
Yes. Upgrades apply at once and Razorpay charges the difference. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the paid period, and you keep the plan until then.
Is there a free trial?
Some plans include one, shown on the plan. A trial needs no payment method. Offer codes can also apply a trial or a discount where they say so.
Do you issue GST invoices?
Invoices carry your billing profile, including your GSTIN if you enter one under Administration › Billing.
